Kanye West Gets No Reaction From Audience After Wearing a Skirt and Leggings on Stage

Is there something wrong with Kanye West?  Who wears this kind of outfit for a hip-hop performance?  Kanye’s appearance at a Hurricane Sandy relief concert was a bust for a lot of reasons.  First of all, he was performing for a bunch of people who didn’t want to see him.  Secondly, he was wearing the strangest outfit ever worn in the history of hip hop, and that’s saying a lot.  Can someone please tell Kanye that a leather skirt and leggings is NOT hip hop?
